2022 Earlux Scholarship

What does it mean to be a positive participant in your community?

Earlux is proud to offer a scholarship to current and prospective students who submit an essay in response to the question above.

A scholarship in the amount of $3000 will be given to a winner chosen by our Earlux team within one month of the application deadline which is March 15, 2023. We will choose the winner based on the merit of their essay and video and the strength of their transcripts, in addition to how well they meet the eligibility requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

1. All applicants must be a current high school senior, college student, or graduate student.
2. All applicants must be a legal resident of the United States.
3. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
4. All applicants must be enrolled in a two to five-year post-secondary institution for the 2023 summer or Fall semester.

Application Requirements

• The submitted essay must speak to the prompt: “What does it mean to be a positive participant in your community” The essay must also be at least 550 – 650 words in length.
• Applicants must submit the most recent unofficial transcript from their current school.
• Applicants still in high school are also asked to submit proof of acceptance to their college or university.
• Each applicant must post a social media video tagging @goearlux answering the prompt “ My Favorite sound is. . . or I am grateful for the ability to hear . . . “ On Instagram, Facebook, or Tik tok

Application Deadline and Additional Information

To apply for this scholarship, candidates must submit their full application (including their essay and transcript to info@earlux.com by March 15, 2023. Any applications sent after this date will not be considered.

The recipient of the Earlux Scholarship will be chosen during the month following the scholarship deadline.

Disclaimer: Once a winner is selected, they will be contacted by the Earlux marketing team and asked to provide a statement and a photo to be included on Earlux’s website and shared on Earlux social media accounts. In the event our selected winner is unwilling to provide this information, another winner will be selected. Please do not submit an application for this scholarship if you do not wish to be featured on our website as our scholarship winner.
